Near the end of the March 18 work session a board member moved to go into executive session "for the purpose of discussing personal matters involving particular individuals to interview a candidate for the Antenna Review Board and to seek legal advice regarding pending proposed and current litigation." Another board member seconded the motion and the board voted by voice to enter executive session (voice vote recorded as "Aye").
The motion concluded the public-facing portion of the work session; proceedings moved to a closed-door executive session for the stated personnel and legal purposes.
