Administration: Members scheduled an Aug. 3 work session to discuss an AFMI pilot; they also discussed shifting a welfare administrative assistant posting to a part-time or contract model and asked staff to return a proposed wage scale and scope of duties. The board authorized the town administrator to sign routine change orders for the GSS project after consulting members individually.
