No members of the public signed up to comment on the amendment. Commissioner Danielle Bethell moved to close the hearing and concur in the amendment; Commissioner Colm Willis seconded. The motion carried with all three commissioners voting aye.
The board also accepted staff’s recommendation to schedule final consideration and adoption of an administrative ordinance on June 17, 2026, to formally concur in the amendment. The meeting minutes record that the final consideration scheduling motion was moved and seconded and carried unanimously; the session adjourned at 9:36 a.m.
