The Marion County Board of Commissioners approved its consent agenda, including two lease agreements with the Oregon State Hospital, a sole-source procurement for the county’s enterprise GIS platform, and two property tax refunds for the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians.
Under Health and Human Services, the board approved a $125,000 lease for Cottage R03 on the Oregon State Hospital campus for the Horizon House Program and a $120,000 lease for Cottage R14 for the Stepping Stones Program; both leases are retroactive to Sept. 1, 2025, and run through Aug. 31, 2030. The consent agenda also records approval of a sole-source procurement for the county’s existing enterprise GIS platform. The Tax Office items approved tax refunds of $26,056.29 and $64,026.59 for the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians.
Commissioner Danielle Bethell moved to approve the consent agenda; Commissioner Kevin Cameron seconded. The motion carried with Commissioners Bethell, Cameron and Chair Colm Willis all recorded as voting aye.
