District eyes Dept. of Education mapping grant; staff says 3D mapping likely costs more

Staff cautioned the board that "I can't picture this cost them less than $10,000 anywhere near it for the 3D mapping," and said staff would review the link and follow up with principals and central office staff about application and scope.
The board did not take formal action on mapping at the July 28 meeting; staff said it would work with county personnel to prepare any necessary application and would bring a recommended plan back to the board.
