At its May 26, 2026 meeting the River Bluff Mayor-Commission Board accepted the minutes of April 2026 and the treasurer's report, approved an accounts-payable item for $105.44 and adjourned. Clerk Katie Buhts presented the invoice for $105.44 payable to Deluxe Business Systems for 1,000 logo envelopes. Commissioner Lynn Grossman moved to approve the expense and Tom Sheffer seconded; a roll-call vote recorded Mayor Bryan Dillon, Lynn Grossman, Lee Stanley, Paulette Bryant and Tom Sheffer voting yea. The minutes and treasurer's report were recorded as accepted as submitted; the minutes do not record who made those motions. Lynn Grossman later moved to adjourn; Tom Sheffer seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
