The motion to approve the reports and claims was made by Tarrin Quinn and seconded by Diane Frederick; the minutes record unanimous approval.
Earlier in the meeting, the board approved the consent agenda including a correction to the January general expenses to $422,886.39 and option enrollment updates for the 2025–26 school year.
Tarrin Quinn moved and Kate Falk seconded a motion to waive first reading and approve the final reading of changes to School Wellness policy 508.13; the motion passed with all members voting Aye. The minutes do not reproduce the text of the policy changes.
The board also approved teaching contracts for 2026–27 and volunteer coaches for the spring sports season; those routine personnel approvals were recorded as unanimous motions in the minutes.
