The Bolivar Village Council voted May 7 to go into executive session under Ohio Revised Code 121.22(G)(3) for a conference with the village attorney regarding a dispute that is the subject of pending or imminent court action. The public portion recessed at 7:32 p.m.; council returned at 7:43 p.m. and recorded that no action was taken in executive session.
The motion to enter executive session was made by Councilmember White and passed on a roll-call vote. Prior to the executive session, the mayor reminded the public that the regular June 4 council meeting would be moved to May 28 because of the Strawberry Festival.
