After the oath, Mayor Ryan Kern called the meeting to order and the clerk recorded a roll call showing Mayor Kern and Council Members Fuhrken, Herrs, Morse and Schottel present; Council Member Carolyn Pinnick was absent. City Administrator Carl Chalfant and City Clerk Denise Powell were recorded as staff present.
The meeting proceeded through routine items, including awarding a contract to paint the city’s water tower, and adjourned at 12:08 p.m.
