VALLEY — The Valley School District board accepted a resignation and approved several new hires at its July 16 meeting.
Superintendent Dr. Mandi Rehn presented a resignation letter from Paideia High School teacher Jason De Lane and recommended acceptance. Paul Voelker moved to accept the resignation; Crystal Hubert seconded and the motion carried.
The superintendent also recommended four hires: Dorian Myrick as a VLTC bus driver, Desiree Farrier as a VELC assistant toddler teacher, and Wyatt Larson and Lexi Hunter as VELC assistant preschool teachers. Crystal Hubert moved to approve the hires; Paul Voelker seconded and the motion carried.
