Santa Paula parks department invites public to Fagan Barranca Park meeting Jan. 13

Michael Schotten, an administrative analyst with the City of Santa Paula Parks and Recreation Department, invited residents to a public meeting on proposed park plans for Fagan Barranca Park and encouraged broad participation from parents, youth and seniors.
Schotten said the meeting will cover proposed features such as walking areas, play spaces and gathering places and will collect public feedback to help prioritize design elements. He provided the meeting time and place: Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026, starting at 6 p.m. at the Santa Paula Community Center, 530 West Main Street.
The parks department asked residents to bring ideas and said staff will be available to answer questions via the contact information Schotten provided.
