The Udall Unified School District #463 Board unanimously approved its consent agenda at the Sept. 10 meeting, clearing a set of routine but substantive items including grants, invoices and personnel actions.
Key items recorded in the minutes include approval of the SRSA (Small, Rural Schools Achievement) grant in the amount of $24,489 to support elementary math and the MS/HS library; approval of invoices from BMS, LLC for $530 (elementary office blower) and $3,400 (west gym compressor); and approval of a Sandifer Engineering quote for a $12,579.14 fire alarm system upgrade. The Legacy Foundation donation of $3,000 for the Rural Champion Implementation Grant was also accepted.
Personnel items approved under the consent agenda included resignations from Jan Evans (night custodian) and Carolyn Clark (substitute food service); new hires and role changes including Karissa Hoag (school carnival co-coordinator), Chase Nash (assistant MS/HS cross country coach, temporary), and transfers placing Devlyn Brill as Head HS Track Coach and Lydia Bumgarner as MS Head Track Coach.
Adrianne King moved to approve the consent agenda as presented; Rebecca Mason seconded. The motion passed 6-0. The minutes do not record individual roll-call votes but note unanimous approval. Implementation of hired roles and use of grant funds will proceed under district administration.
