Ryland Heights Commission approves agenda, minutes and treasurer's report; two commissioners sworn in

The Ryland Heights Commission met Dec. 10 and completed routine business including approving the meeting agenda, the Nov. 12 minutes and the treasurer's November financial report.
Commissioner Claggett moved to accept the agenda; Commissioner Ponder seconded and the motion passed 4-0. Commissioner Ralph Collins moved to approve the Nov. 12 meeting minutes; Commissioner Ponder seconded and the motion passed 4-0. Treasurer Rod Rigacci presented the November 2024 treasurer's report (bank statements, checking and savings, budget vs. actual); Commissioner Claggett moved to accept the report, Commissioner Collins seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
City Attorney Ted Knoebber administered the oath of office to elected Commissioners Ralph Collins and Jason Ponder after his arrival at 8:05 p.m. The meeting adjourned at 8:35 p.m. following a unanimous motion to adjourn.
