Council negotiated conditions: canopies must be durable (steel/architectural aluminum or alumawood) and include solar panels; the applicant agreed to an administrative review one year after the business license issuance to assess noise, lighting and neighbor complaints; and on‑site signage reminding customers to limit loud music and disturbances near adjacent homes. The applicant also agreed to the amended landscape and material conditions.
Council voted to approve the site development review with the added conditions and will require the one‑year administrative check to evaluate neighborhood impacts and compliance.
