Laredo ISD shifts property tax payments to Webb County office

Laredo ISD announced that residents must now pay Laredo ISD property taxes at the Webb County Tax Assessor-Collector office at 1110 Victoria Street, rather than at the LISD tax office at 904 Juárez, a district spokesperson said.
“Laredo ISD quiere informarle al público que habrá un cambio en cómo van a pagar sus taxes de LISD,” the spokesperson said. The district said the local LISD tax office will no longer accept payments, but taxpayers remain responsible for paying their Laredo ISD taxes; going forward, tax bills will be issued through the Webb County Tax Assessor-Collector.
The district noted the Webb County office at 1110 Victoria Street is the same location where residents renew vehicle registrations and pay county property taxes.
