For the second appeal (listed as SEPT1 (KS)), Weir again moved and Bunch seconded a motion to permit the superintendent to work with the principal to come up with a solution; that motion carried on a roll-call vote with Phillip West, LLJuna Grennell Weir, Dr. Cecile Dianne Bunch and President Amos James Jr. voting yea.
