Frankfort selects Sasaki to develop $333,853 Riverfront Visioning and Strategic Plan

The contract is for $333,853; staff told the Board a budget amendment will be required. Sasaki must deliver the required plan by July 31, 2026. Commissioner Leesa Unger moved approval; Commissioner Katima Smith-Willis seconded and the motion passed by roll-call vote 5–0.
