Minutes state the business recently relocated from the Lindenhurst Center to the Butera Center and incurred buildout costs including restroom construction, new flooring and signage; the total buildout cost reported was $27,945.60.
Under the LEAP program rules cited in the minutes, non–sales-tax-generating businesses are eligible for reimbursement up to $20,000. Trustees approved the reimbursement amount of $13,972.80, which is the allowable LEAP reimbursement for the eligible costs presented. Trustee Pat Dunham moved the agreement and Trustee Dawn Suchy seconded. A roll call vote recorded Aye — Trustees Dunham, Suchy, Heath Rosten and Ron Grace; Nay 0; the motion carried.
