Architect opens CDBG library grant bids; will review and recommend to council

During the Jan. 6 meeting Miranda Bruning of Echelon Arch & Design opened and read bids submitted for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) library project. Bruning told the council she would review the bids and later present a recommendation for council consideration. The minutes do not include bid amounts or vendor names; procurement review and verification of documents will follow prior to any award.
The council added the bid-opening to the agenda earlier in the meeting and accepted Bruning’s statement that she would evaluate the bids and return with a recommendation.
