New councilmember Wellington Butler urges code of ethics, requests strategic plan and operation documents

Butler asked his colleagues to commit to a TEAM approach—"Together Everyone Achieves More (TEAM)"—and requested copies of Sedan’s strategic plan, the council code of ethics, standard operating procedures and memoranda of understanding with entities operating on city-owned property.
Butler asked that his comments be included in the official minutes. The minutes do not show an immediate council response or that the requested documents were provided at the meeting; he framed the request as part of a broader effort to ensure transparency and consistent governance.
