Stratmoor Hills Sanitation District elects Douglas Dieterle as board president; approves April financials

The Stratmoor Hills Sanitation District Board of Directors elected Director Douglas Dieterle as board president during its regular meeting on May 20, 2026.
Vice President John Willcox moved to elect Dieterle as president; Secretary/Treasurer Richard Bond seconded the motion and it passed unanimously, 5-0. Director Richard Dull then moved to elect John Willcox as vice president, seconded by Bond; that motion also carried 5-0. Vice President Willcox moved to elect Richard Bond as secretary/treasurer, seconded by Director Dull; the motion passed unanimously.
The board approved the district's April 2026 financial report after District Manager Darren Adame told directors the district is staying on budget. Vice President John Willcox moved to approve the report and Secretary/Treasurer Richard Bond seconded; the vote was 5-0 in favor.
District Manager Darren Adame also informed the board that the district's camera van has been listed for sale on a website; the report was provided for board awareness and no separate action was recorded.
With no further business, the board adjourned at 3:25 PM.
