The Guthrie City Council voted on multiple ordinances at its Jan. 14 meeting.
On second reading, Ordinance 2025-1 — an amendment to the annual budget and appropriations for fiscal year 2024–25 — passed by roll call with all yeas, according to the minutes.
Ordinance 2025-2, intended to amend Section 32.21 of the City of Guthrie Code of Ordinances, failed because a motion to approve was not made.
The council also considered Ordinance 2025-3, a first reading text amendment to Chapter 153 (zoning). The ordinance included a typographical error listing a buffer distance as "1.000 ft"; the council corrected the text to "1,000 ft" and, with that correction, passed the ordinance by roll call with all yeas, per the minutes.
The minutes record the outcomes but do not include roll-call vote names for each ordinance beyond noting unanimous passage where indicated.
