Huxley council approves multiple site plans, plats and a sidewalk modification for Northpark Row

Resolutions approved during the business portion included: Resolution No. 26-073 approving the VCS Huxley, LLC site plan; Resolution No. 26-074 approving the preliminary plat for Blue Sky Commons Plat 3; Resolution No. 26-075 approving construction plans for Blue Sky Commons Plat 3; and Resolution No. 26-076 approving the Bioforge Labs, Inc. site plan at 402 Campus Drive, Lot 8, HDC Plat 1. All four items passed with recorded aye votes by the present council members.
On the Northpark Row site plan (Resolution No. 26-077) council discussion focused on the location of sidewalks. Council Member Echer proposed, and Roberts seconded, an amendment to approve the site plan with the sidewalk option that places sidewalks along the north and east sides of 908 N. U.S. Highway 69. The amended motion passed unanimously.
The council also approved Resolution No. 26-078 (a lot-tie agreement with David and Kimberly Jensen) during the same meeting. These items were recorded in the minutes as approved by roll call; no public opposition or conditions beyond the Northpark sidewalk amendment are noted in the meeting record.
