Missoula pushes for new Build Grant to improve Mullen area roads, trails and school access

Felicina said the city had previously sought about $26 million from a Build Grant and is preparing for another application round. The project plan includes phased construction and multiple funding sources; dotted lines on the presentation indicated proposed trail connections that would rely on additional funding beyond the Build Grant.
