At the Aug. 19 meeting of the LaMoure County Board of County Commissioners, KLJ Engineering representative Bryan Tykwinski provided a schedule update on two bridge projects.
Tykwinski said the Adrian bridge will be moved in roughly a month, with construction anticipated to start at the end of September or in October. He also reported that earthwork at the Grand Rapids bridge site will be completed this fall. The presentation did not include contract amounts, traffic-control details or specific contractor names.
Commissioners discussed the schedule but did not take additional formal action at the meeting. Staff and engineering will continue coordinating the timing of moving and construction activities.
