Council okays park seating and funds dugout materials for Minnesota City Little League

Councilor Hollis Donehower moved to donate $1,756.64 for dugout materials, seconded by Angie Bohnstengel; the motion passed with Councilor Joe Pellowski dissenting. The minutes reference a prior $1,000 donation recorded at the April council meeting and state that no building permit is required for the dugouts.
