Planning board approves minutes, shares URA and Rocky Fork public-hearing notices

The URA will revise two flyers for clarity and distribute them downtown ahead of an April 30 community meeting; the URA portion of the agenda will include an overview of TIF districts and constraints presented by Jeremy, the planner.
Mayor (S1) told the room there will be a public hearing the next evening at 5:30 about bank stabilization on the Rocky Fork and encouraged residents to attend and offer input on creek access and restoration approaches. The mayor and several members emphasized that agencies such as Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks and the Army Corps of Engineers would weigh in on restoration techniques.
Staff updates: planner Jeremy said the city is still awaiting a response from the developer on sufficiency comments for the Spires application, and staff confirmed a proposed roof-raise on a downtown building did not increase square footage and therefore did not trigger design review.
The meeting ended with a short public-comment window (no speakers in person or online) and adjournment.
