Redington Shores administrator reviews updated FY25/26 goals and timeline

Interim Town Administrator/Town Clerk Margaret Carey reviewed the updated FY25/26 Policy Goals and Objectives document and highlighted revised target dates for town projects. Carey told the commission she had updated target dates and that the document reflected recent adjustments; commissioners did not ask questions during the workshop.
The update is intended to align project timing with available funding and planned capital work. Carey also noted updates to the Capital Improvement Plan (see separate report) that will guide project scheduling and grant applications in the coming months.
The board did not take formal action on the goals document at the workshop; the item was presented for information and will be incorporated into future budget and project planning discussions.
