Trappe OKs two-year extension with P.E. Moore for snow removal at $4,200 per plow

Under the approved terms, the town will not pay a retainer; P.E. Moore will be compensated only for plow events at the $4,200 per-plow rate. The council did not discuss changes to response time or service levels in the meeting record.
The council’s action ensures a contracted vendor is in place for the upcoming winter season; any contract administration tasks will be handled by town staff.
