Campbell said she calculated occupancy using the building’s 2,400 square feet and a 15‑square‑foot per person standard, estimating a maximum of roughly 100–120 attendees. She confirmed alcohol would not be served and said she would not provide on‑site food preparation. Campbell also said reservations would be made for hours between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
Commissioners pressed for additional information on parking and traffic circulation, definitive hours of operation, and the specific types of events to be held. To preserve the 60‑day review window for a conditional‑use hearing, the Planning Commission agreed to meet at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7 to review Campbell’s supplemental materials and prepare a recommendation for the Board of Supervisors’ July 16 meeting.
Ronald Anderson moved to table the application and schedule the special meeting; Scott Forsythe seconded and the motion carried. The commission did not make a substantive recommendation to the Board of Supervisors at the June 16 meeting.
