• Job description approvals: The Board unanimously approved a revised Deputy Library Director/Head of Children’s Services job description (the role is funded through the budget process and formally recognizes duties already performed). The Board also approved a revised Business Development/ Career Center Coordinator job description with a change removing 'Sustainability' from the liaison responsibilities.
• Library signage: The Board voted 4‑1 to permit identification of The Greater Hartford Giving Foundation Partnership at the Simsbury Public Library according to Library Board policy; Selectman Curtis Looney voted no.
