Chair Tim Robb called the publicly noticed meeting of the Interagency Advisory Council on Homelessness to Housing to order on May 21, 2026. During roll call several members announced their presence, and Jess Prudente Montalvo identified herself as standing in for Dr. Annie Wilson from the office of community engagement at LVNPD. The chair then announced the council did not have a quorum and said the meeting could not proceed, thanking staff and technical-assistance personnel for their work before adjourning. No agenda items were discussed or voted on.
