Staff reviewed the application and recommended approval, citing general planning considerations for lots inside the city limits and the urban growth boundary. During the meeting Andy Best identified himself to the record: "My name is Andy Best. I'm the land surveyor. We're just seeking final approval on the 3 lot subdivision." The commission voted to approve the final plat on a voice vote.
