Safety committee reports CSTAG implementation and urges better public communication

Trustees asked for opportunities to learn more about how threat assessment operates operationally and how community members could be informed without compromising confidentiality. Andy and other committee members urged staff to flag concerning behavior early and to avoid letting concerns persist until the end of a school year.
No policy change or vote was taken during this report; the committee suggested the board could be briefed in more detail at a future meeting if trustees wanted a deeper operational walkthrough.
