The Conrad City Council voted unanimously on Aug. 19 to turn accounts delinquent more than 90 days for water, sewer, weed and mowing charges over to the State of Montana and to Pondera County for tax assessment.
Billing Clerk Kim Cooney provided the council with the list of accounts in delinquency; the policy affects any account with an outstanding past-due balance over 90 days. Alderman Karla Breding moved the action, Alderman Amber Schoenrock seconded, and the council carried the motion unanimously.
