The Stratmoor Hills Water District reported Aug. 21 that it had mailed the state‑required Notice of Possible Lead Service Line Material to 150 customers whose service‑line materials are unknown, asking for customer assistance in identifying those materials.
District Manager Kirk Medina told the board two completed surveys had been returned so far that week. The minutes do not include further detail about outreach methods, the content of the notice, or next steps for follow‑up on nonresponding accounts.
The board did not record public comment on the outreach during the meeting; staff will continue to track responses and follow the state’s inventory requirements.
