Growth Dimensions chosen to coordinate I‑39 logistics corridor; local projects and business outreach discussed

"Growth Dimensions and myself have been chosen to coordinate the I‑39 Logistics Corridor Association," Pam said, noting the designation will expand the county's role in regional marketing. She listed active site prospects, recent industrial and commercial expansions in Belvidere, new construction by Welch Brothers and Rush Power Systems, and a film production project at Poplar Grove Airport that will be shown online. Pam also promoted an in-person manufacturing workshop on July 21 and the organization's annual dinner on Sept. 2.
Board members thanked the presenter and had no further questions. The update was informational; no board action was required.
