SHS library building appraised at $135,000; council advised on sale requirements

Attorney Cox recommended sending the appraisal to Craig Steinle to confirm whether he remains interested in purchasing the property at the appraised value. Clerk Schilling said she will forward the appraisal to Mr. Steinle.
