Bill Haffler moved to accept the response letter with a correction to item No. 2 (changing a word to "practicable"); Ann Costello seconded. The motion passed with five members recorded as voting in favor (Rachel Berkoben, Mike Bieri, Noeline Grefrath, Jackie Martin, Christine Scheideler). The minutes record Steve Lydon as absent and Lou Scheideler as excused.
Earlier in the meeting Christine Scheideler submitted the February 2026 minutes; Ann Costello moved to accept the minutes, seconded by Rachel Berkoben. The minutes motion was recorded as passed and Christine Scheideler was directed to forward the approved minutes to the borough clerk for posting on the borough website.
The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn by Mike Bieri, seconded by R. Berkoben; the motion carried and the commission adjourned at 7:51 p.m. The next meeting is scheduled for April 16, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in Westwood Borough Hall, second floor.
