Resident urges city action on paving, drainage, permits and project inspections during Ely public comment

He requested the contact and address for the Bell Avenue Water Main Upgrade Project (CDBG 22/pf/04), asked who inspected that project and said that damage to his property related to the project has not been addressed. He closed by asking whether Tim Vidrine and Mr. Ramsey have connected to city water and sewer in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS).
