Trustee Geske moved to table the PSA, Trustee Crockett seconded, and the motion to table passed by roll call.
The board scheduled follow‑up: staff will ask the engineering firm to provide phased or alternative bid options and return the item to the next meeting for further review. No change was made to the already authorized bills.
