Thompson extends asphalt bid, approves vendor payments and records adjusted well cost

The board approved multiple bills over $5,000 across departments: $6,050 to Northern Supply for Highway (tire chain link rolls) and $21,943.25 to Callanan Industries for material for the new playground at East Mongaup River Park (Res. Nos. 274 and 275). Both motions passed by unanimous vote.
For the Water & Sewer Department the board approved payment to Miller Hydrogeologic, Inc. of $15,181.60 for drilling and development of a new 6" well for the Kiamesha Route 42 Water District. The minutes note the new 6" well total cost is now $37,310.60 — $1,889.40 under the original $42,205 estimate approved in July 2025, but $290.60 over the $37,020 amount approved in October 2025.
