Auditor report and bills: Auditor Kaydee Smith reported October water use at 451,000 gallons; Pump 1 ran 21.3 hours and Pump 2 ran 19.3 hours; sewers were flushed and mowing is complete. The council reviewed the bills for October and November; the minutes list payments including RDO Equipment ($55,000), Ackerman ($3,916.30), Circle Sanitation ($2,342.00) and MDU utilities ($1,629.44).
