What it means
Several actions are preparatory: scheduling scoping and joint sessions and retaining engineers set review and procurement timelines but do not by themselves approve construction. The Rock Hill sewer-district work will be paid for initially by the applicant and may proceed through a permissive referendum process. The $200,000 WQIP grant funds and Melody Lake payments move construction and drainage/culvert work forward. Budget amendments reallocate grant revenue and capital funds to cover planned park paving, lighting-node purchases and well/water capital work.
Next steps
Notable upcoming dates referenced at the meeting: Rosewood scoping work-session July 8, 2026; joint municipal work-session July 15, 2026; Kiamesha Lake and Emerald Green WWTP bid opening dates (July 9 and July 30, 2026, respectively). Several items require follow-up paperwork, escrow deposits by applicants, and contractual invoicing.
