The Mendham Township Committee approved a series of resolutions on June 22 that covered capital purchases, personnel salaries and routine administrative matters.
On the consent agenda the Committee authorized payment of bills (Resolution 2026-123), approved purchase of a Foley Cat wheel loader through Sourcewell for $189,961 (Resolution 2026-124), authorized a state tax-appeal refund of $5,618.81 (Resolution 2026-126), and awarded a contract for construction and installation of a salt storage shed to Samson Concrete and Masonry for a not-to-exceed amount of $1,134,000 (Resolution 2026-127). The Committee also supported the Environmental Commission’s application for a $1,500 MCMUA mini-grant for film-collection bins and composting containers (Resolution 2026-131).
On the regular agenda the Committee adopted a resolution establishing 2026 salaries for listed township employees (Resolution 2026-125) and completed the standard roll-call certification of the annual audit and corrective-action plan (Resolutions 2026-128 and 2026-129). Votes are recorded in the minutes by roll call; where the minutes specify, all members present voted in favor or abstained as noted (for example, Ms. Moreen abstained on approval of June 8 minutes).
