City Administrator Brian Bullock reviewed a proposed boundary line adjustment for the Bell property at the Jan. 21 meeting and said the proposal complied with existing zoning regulations.
Mayor Russell Giulio asked for the location; Clerk Rosemary Perna said the adjustment would create two lots across from the elementary school. Councilor Patricia Lewis moved to grant the boundary line adjustment; Drew Dawson seconded and the motion carried with three aye votes.
No additional conditions or changes to zoning were recorded in the minutes; the minutes reflect the council's approval of the boundary line adjustment.
