Supervisor Beck questioned overall cost implications of the new vacation accrual schedule, and Treasurer Tony Knobbe expressed support for the changes.
Wierman also reviewed a proposed one-year agreement with Governmentjobs.com, Inc. (NeoGov) for an HR suite subscription costing $40,917.29. Jeremy Kaiser, Director of the Youth Justice and Rehabilitation Center, reviewed a contract to provide the YCPM program through Children and Families of Iowa through June 30, 2027; Kaiser described the reimbursement rate as budget-neutral and Supervisor Bribriesco asked about differences between CAP and YAP programs.
