The Bridger Town Council approved several appointments and reappointments during its Dec. 9 session.
The council moved and approved a representative appointment to the Carbon County Conservation District after a short discussion of the nomination. The motion was seconded and approved on an oral voice vote.
Council members also moved and seconded reappointments for airport board terms; the council signaled that incumbents (including one member named Pfeiffer) will continue to serve another term.
Council members discussed a paperwork issue concerning Annie Allen's county appointment — staff described a term‑length mismatch — and agreed to appoint her now to clear the administrative issue, allowing her to formally resign later if she chooses. A motion to appoint Annie Allen was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
All motions were resolved by voice votes recorded on the meeting audio. No formal roll‑call vote list was read into the record; the meeting recorded affirmative voice responses to each motion.
