Council reviews modest increases to aquatic center fees as staff seeks to close operating gap

The council said it prefers to retain the resident/nonresident distinction to reflect the subsidy residents provide through taxation.
The council asked staff to prepare a fee-resolution for a future meeting with the proposed changes and supporting revenue estimates.
