The Ramah Water & Sanitation District board unanimously approved the minutes from the Jan. 13, 2026 meeting after a motion by Whitney River-Croley and a second from Tyson McClelland.
During the Feb. 10 meeting, the board reviewed the Administrative Manual and agreed to change the district's regular meeting day to the second Tuesday of each month (previously the first Tuesday). The change was recorded during the administrative manual check and no formal vote on the manual amendment was recorded beyond board agreement in the minutes.
The secretary presented the bank reconciliation and reported no problems. The chair said he has a meeting scheduled with the bank regarding FDIC insurance for district accounts. The secretary also relayed auditor guidance that routine monthly bills (electricity, phone and similar recurring expenses) do not require purchase orders, while larger purchases such as Equipment Share would require a PO.
Blanche Clawson moved to adjourn at 8:53 p.m.; Tyson McClelland seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
